We were recently invited to the 17th IndoBuildTech, the leading building and interiors exhibition, to deliver a session on "How to Stand Out in F&B Market". Our marketing director, Joanna Leonardi, supported those secrets by telling the audience the insights on how to make your brand stood out among its competitions. The insights can be summed up to 3C:

Create - In order to position your brand head and shoulders above the others, create a unique brand story that people can relate to or eager to know more about.

Communicate - Now let's assume you already have a strong brand story, you have to communicate the story to the community so they're intrigued to know more. Thankfully we're living in the digital age where communicating is such an easy thing. You can communicate your brand in social media or verbally tell it to your friends.

Community - Your customer community is the heart of your brand. They create a ripple effect. Encourage them to make events at your place, such as monthly soiree, social gatherings, product launching, or company events.
