As one of the most populous countries in the world and one of the major hubs in Southeast Asia, Indonesia has an increasing demand for industrial cities that are sustainable, modern, and innovative.

Established as the property arm of a multinational conglomerate, Sinar Primera focuses on driving the new economic real estate industry forward by developing sustainable industrial cities and modern logistic properties.

We are inspired by the Seed of Life concept while working on the Sinar Primera branding. The idea represents the wisdom of growth, development, and innovation — in line with Sinar Primera's vision and mission. Each colour conveys the company's innovation, stability, and responsibility principles.

The overall design of Sinar Primera's website is simple yet full of information; we aim for straightforward and clear communication using icons and bullet points.

Continuing our collaboration with Sinar Primera, we designed brochures for their Pluit and Karawang hubs, namely SP Logistic Hub Pluit and SPIKE. Aligning with the Seed of Life concept, these brochures symbolize growth and innovation. The clean and informative design ensures effective communication of their vision.
