Nafoura Kurma Water is the first mass-produced beverage product in Indonesia that innovatively uses dates as its main ingredient. We are very proud to be the essential part of its presence in the market from the beginning by conceptualising the brand, its identity, and applying the outcomes into the packaging and other promotional materials. Dates have long been considered as the staple food source in the Middle East, which were later distributed throughout the world by Arabians. With this project, we wanted to preserve and introduce the Mediterranean culture and style through the name selection and the application of graphical elements like typefaces, colours, and images used in its brand identity. The product was successfully released prior to the Holy Month of Ramadan in 2016.
